Job Summary
Conduct home health care documentation and medical transcription as an LPN scribe, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with patients and families. Resolve clinical problems, set priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional customer service through pleasant telephone demeanor. Manage daily tasks in a busy office setting with multi-tasking ability, basic computer proficiency, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- LPN
- Minimum of one (1) years experience in home health, acute care or rehabilitation setting, preferred.
