Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, observe patient behaviors, and track responses to treatments. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery goals. Celebrate patient victories along the journey. Full-time employment includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Current licensure and CPR certification are required; one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred. Rehabilitation experience is also preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
