Job Summary
Provide patient-focused nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) across Sanford Health clinics, hospitals, and senior living facilities. Deliver direct patient care in alignment with healthcare protocols, perform routine nursing procedures, monitor vital signs, administer medications as permitted, and document findings accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment to support care plans, ensure patient comfort, and uphold high standards of quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive patient care and adherence to protocols
- Experience in clinical, hospital, or senior living settings preferred
