Job Summary
Center Medical Specialist role focused on plasma donation site duties: perform physical examination and establish donor history to determine donor suitability; build rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction; maintain confidentiality for donors and staff; educate donors on health and potential hazards; evaluate and manage donor injuries/adverse events; review medical history/medications to ensure continued donor suitability; assist with employee training; administer Hepatitis vaccine program for employees.
Required Qualifications
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a License Practical Nurse
- HS diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification required
