Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during daily clinical operations. Lead shift operations to ensure safe, resident-centered care while monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Serve as a clinical leader and resource for your nursing team. Work weekends from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with an additional $3/hour shift differential and same-day pay available. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN License
