Job Summary
Weekend-option RN/LPN needed to provide patient care in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and social needs; medication preparation and administration; administering treatments; physician consults; and communication with the director of nursing and staff. Must hold an IN-licensed RN or LPN with at least 2 years LTC experience and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, decision making, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN in good standing in IN
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience in a long term care environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
