Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit, supervising staff and CNAs while ensuring resident care aligns with individualized care plans. Complete assessments, documentation, and charting accurately; monitor resident conditions and communicate updates to physicians and families. Participate in care plan meetings, assist with admissions and discharges, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Promote a positive team environment and commit to the weekend on-call rotation. This role offers mentorship and pathways to Director of Nursing or Administrator positions within Carver Living Center, with competitive pay and same-day pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active North Carolina LPN or RN license
- Weekend On-Call Rotation Required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
