LPN/RN Treatment Nurse with Sign on Bonus

Obtain resident reports and implement follow-up actions for treatment needs. Conduct rounds to assess skin conditions and report changes to physicians and supervisors. Administer treatments per physician orders, record procedures, and maintain weekly progress notes. Instruct nursing assistants on preventive safety measures and adaptive equipment usage.
