Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments, perform assessments, and monitor patient conditions in a community-based setting with moderate acuity. Complete accurate charting and documentation while collaborating with nurses, respiratory therapists, and CNAs. Maintain a low 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio within a supportive team environment. Requires an active Florida LPN or RN license, current BLS/CPR certification, and eligibility for AHCA Level 2 background screening. 12-hour day shifts available part-time with retention incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN or RN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Eligible for AHCA Level 2 Background Screening & Local Law Requirements
- Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Home Health, Rehab, Long-Term Care, Hospice, or Acute Care
