Job Summary
LPN/RN opportunity in Taunton, MA within a 24-hour residential program. Responsibilities include providing structured daily routines, house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, distributing medication while upholding human rights, and implementing Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans. De-escalation and crisis management may be required to maintain safety. Requires MA LPN or RN license, successful background check, valid driver’s license, and TB screening/updates. Per diem and weekend shifts available in addition to part-time roles. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.
