Job Summary
LPN/RN sought for full-time position in a residential program in Taunton/Somerset area providing care to medically involved individuals in a 24-hour home environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, ADL support, facilitating house meetings and family visitations, meal preparation, implementing Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans, and employing de-escalation/crisis-management techniques as needed. Requires MA state LPN or RN license, a qualifying criminal background check, valid driver’s license, and TB screening/physical upon hire with updates every two years.
