LPN/RN Private Duty Case in Saint Stephen

Provide compassionate private duty nursing care for a 3-year-old male client with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, Dysphagia, and Hydronephrosis in St. Stephen, SC. Manage tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care, including administering GT feeds four times daily and assisting with Passy-Muir Valve wear time. Perform suctioning and respiratory support as needed, particularly during illness when ventilator use increases. Maintain independent care in a home setting for a stable, ongoing case. Requires active LPN or RN license in South Carolina with pediatric home health experience, trach/vent care, and GT feeding skills. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM at a rate of $30–$40/hour.
