Job Summary
LPN or RN per diem with long-term care experience. Responsibilities include managing CNAs, administering medications, assessing residents for acute illness, daily assessments, skin assessments and wound care, and contributing to care plans. Requires 1 year of long-term care experience, PCC experience, and strong interpersonal and critical-thinking skills to work with residents, facility staff, and families in a fast-paced LTC setting.
