Job Summary
RN or LPN needed to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home, covering day, evening, and overnight shifts. Includes a $1,000 Trach/Vent bonus, paid training, and 24/7 clinical/scheduling support. Full-time and part-time options across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care per plan of care, exercising clinical judgment, maintaining confidentiality, and educating patients and caregivers.
