Job Summary
Provide 1:1 skilled nursing for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Deliver respectful, compassionate care while adhering to the written plan of care and physician's treatment orders. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, maintain patient confidentiality, and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Follow additional per-case requirements and complete agency orientation upon hire. Earn a $1,000 trach/vent bonus for eligible assignments; new graduates are not eligible. Requires a valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
