Job Summary
Direct, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing for infants, children, and/or adolescents in patients’ homes across Riverview and surrounding areas. Provide ongoing patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapies, coordinate care, educate families on clinical care to improve outcomes, and implement preventative measures to maintain quality of care. Roles include both full-time and part-time shifts with days, nights, and weekends; focus on compassionate, patient-centered home-based care and collaborative care planning with physicians and care teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
