Job Summary
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments while administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes, implementing preventative initiatives to protect quality. Provide direct, one-on-one medical care with a 1:1 patient care ratio across days, nights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time shifts available with competitive weekly pay ranging from $28 to $35/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
