Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile pediatric patients in the home setting. Roles include administering prescribed medications and therapies, conducting ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations, coordinating care with families and other care teams, educating patients and families to support improved outcomes, and implementing preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care. Roles require RN or LPN license (SC), ability to work in home health, flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, and travel to patient homes as needed. Flexible shifts include 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour options; strong clinical decision-making and communication skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina)
- License acquired 1 year prior to application
