LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and completing assessments. Educate and support families while following individualized plans of care. Maintain 1:1 patient care with no ratios, offering flexible shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Requires an active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania with at least one year of nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include pediatric or home health experience and skills in high-acuity procedures such as trach, vent, and G-tube management.
