Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to the active plan of care. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible scheduling options including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
- Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available)
- 1:1 patient care ratio
