Job Summary
RN/LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse providing direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in patients' homes. Responsibilities include ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medications and therapies, coordination of care, and educating family members on clinical care to improve outcomes. Full-time and part-time shifts available (days, nights, weekends); benefits package with health plans, PTO, life insurance, clinical support, ongoing education, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Pediatric home health experience preferred
- Ability to provide care in home setting
- Good communication and family education skills
