Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care and maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio. Provide full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
- Must be available for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends)
- Must be located in Cherryville, NC and surrounding areas
