Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio with flexible/dependable scheduling including 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available for full-time and part-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
