Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in patients' homes (infants, children, and/or adolescents) according to the active plan of care; perform ongoing patient assessments; administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies; coordinate care; educate families on patient clinical care to improve outcomes; support preventative initiatives to maintain quality of care; applicable to RN and LPN roles with full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends); company offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing clinical education and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
