LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct on-going patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Work full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends with an 8/10/12/16 hour schedule. Maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio with 24/7 clinical support available.
