Job Summary
Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) needed for pediatric home health in Lebanon, PA and surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time shifts available (days, nights, weekends). Responsibilities include direct, one-on-one medical care for infants, children, and/or adolescents in patients' homes per active plan of care; ongoing patient care and assessments; administration of prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies; care coordination; educating family members on patient clinical care to improve outcomes; and preventative care to uphold quality standards. Required Qualifications
