LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care and maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio across day, night, and weekend shifts. Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to the medically fragile community with 24/7 clinical support available.
