LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in patients' homes according to the physician’s plan of care. Duties include ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication and treatments, coordination of care, educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance outcomes, and implementing preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Ideal candidates hold an active RN or LPN license and are prepared to work full-time or part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends) in a pediatric home-health setting. Required Qualifications
