LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for medically fragile children and young adults in home settings, administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies according to active physician plans. Coordinate care and educate family members on clinical procedures to enhance positive outcomes while implementing preventative initiatives to protect quality. Provide direct, one-on-one medical support with a 1:1 patient care ratio across day, night, and weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time roles available in Mount Airy, NC, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $28 to $35 depending on licensure.
