Job Summary
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to the active plan of care. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care with physicians and other personnel. Educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide 1:1 patient care ratio across days, nights, and weekends with full-time and part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
