Job Summary
Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, administering medications, monitoring conditions, and performing treatments as ordered by physicians. Educate and support family members while working alongside the clinical team. Maintain active Illinois RN or LPN licensure with a valid driver's license. Enjoy flexible full-time or part-time schedules with long-term cases, weekly pay, and premium hourly rates for weekend and overnight shifts. Includes medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
