Job Summary
One-on-one pediatric and young adult home nursing care requiring credentialed LPN or RN. Flexible shifts available including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN; emphasis on building relationships with patients and families in a home setting, with training provided where pediatric experience is not required. Responsibilities include direct patient care in the home, adherence to patient-centered care, credentialing/onboarding processes, and collaboration with families to implement care plans.
