Job Summary
Provide one-on-one pediatric home nursing care in the patient’s home, administering medications, monitoring conditions, and performing treatments as ordered by the physician. Educate and support family members while collaborating closely with the Phoenix clinical team to deliver meaningful, patient-centered care. Requires an active IL RN or LPN license (or Compact license), strong assessment and communication skills, compassionate and dependable mindset, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. This role is suitable for nurses seeking meaningful patient relationships and who want to bring nursing skills back to home-based care.
