Job Summary
RN/LPN PDN for Child provides skilled pediatric nursing in private-duty home care. Conduct initial home visits, start/cresume/ reassess care, develop and revise Plan of Care, document daily clinical notes, communicate with a patient’s physician and other healthcare professionals, and provide skilled nursing as needed. Flexible shifts with average ~30 hours/week, benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 6% match, PTO, EAP, discounts, and more. Population focus includes children with autism, seizure disorders, and/or tube feeding needs. Located in Northumberland, PA. New grads are welcome; prior home care experience preferred; RN/LPN with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- 1 year of home care experience preferred
- new grads welcome
