Job Summary
One-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients at home. Must hold a current LPN or RN license; pediatric experience preferred but not required, as training is provided. Quick credentialing and onboarding with immediate shifts available. Roles include Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN shifts; benefits for part-timers include Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K; tuition assistance for LPN students. Emphasizes patient-centered care and building real relationships with families while delivering care in the patient’s home. No hospital politics or patient ratios, just you, your patient, and their family.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
- Passion for patient-centered care
