Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in a focused, one-on-one home environment. Build genuine relationships with patients and become a trusted partner to their families while supporting children as they grow and thrive in the comfort of their homes. Provide patient assessment and clinical documentation specific to one-on-one care settings. Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options are available, including weekday overnights and weekend shifts with premium pay bonuses. Hands-on training is provided for new grads and seasoned professionals alike. Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license in good standing
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to learn complex home care
- Experience with clinical documentation in one-on-one care settings
- Experience providing skilled nursing care to medically complex children and young adults
- Experience with patient assessment in one-on-one care settings
- Passion for patient-centered care and supporting families
