Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for private duty home health care with Aveanna. Part-time or PRN weekend day shifts available; flexible scheduling includes days and weekends. Must have an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you practice. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with clinicians to achieve clinical outcomes, administer medications per policy, participate in care plans, monitor patient status, and support patient and family education.
