Job Summary
LPN/RN House Supervisor oversees nursing service operations on the 7p-7a shift, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; monitors ACU-checks, vitals, labs, and weights; assists with admissions, discharges, and exam scheduling; completes assessments and documents; maintains open communication with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical directors, and residents’ families; ensures medication procedures align with policies and schedules, and performs daily rounds to ensure nursing standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid registration as an LPN/RN in the state of Practice
- Completion of relevant state Board of Nursing approved.
