Job Summary
Administer medication, perform client treatments, and prepare clinical notes while monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition. Encourage social and rehabilitative skills, assist clients in learning self-care techniques, and collaborate with the clinical team to develop and improve the Plan of Care. Observe aseptic technique, promote a safe environment, and participate in client care meetings, in-services, and staff meetings. Maintain productivity, ensure HIPAA compliance, and keep licenses and CEUs current. Schedule includes Fridays and Saturdays from 10p to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State LPN/RN License
- Valid driver's license
- use of automobile
- Annual MUI (Incident) training
- ability to read and understand various documents used by the agency including Plan of Care, flow charts, client charts, agency policies and procedures
- ability to use a computer, laptop or tablet
- ability to think independently, recognize potential problems, gather information, and know when to contact a supervisor
- ability to promote excellent customer service
- ability to provide exceptional client care
