Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and their families, serving as a trusted partner in their care journey. Focus on one-on-one attention to help children remain surrounded by the routines and environment they know and love. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shift options are available with premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights. Current and active LPN or RN license required; pediatric experience preferred. Hands-on training provided to build clinical confidence.
