Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and their families while helping children remain surrounded by familiar routines and loved ones. Focus on meaningful one-on-one care, leaving crowded units and competing priorities behind to offer personalized support tailored to each patient's unique needs. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay including $3/hour for weekday overnights, $4/hour for weekend days, and $5/hour for weekend overnights. Current and active LPN or RN licensure is required, with pediatric experience preferred but not required as hands-on training is provided.
