Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes, focusing on one-on-one attention to leave crowded units behind. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while helping children remain surrounded by their familiar routines and loved ones. Provide specialized, purpose-driven care tailored to each patient's unique needs through hands-on training designed to grow confidence and clinical expertise for new graduates or experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay including $3/hour for weekday overnights, $4/hour for weekend days, and $5/hour for weekend overnights. Eligible full-time and part-time nurses receive an annual stay bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
