Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes, focusing on one-on-one attention to leave behind crowded units. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families to help them thrive in familiar environments. Deliver exceptional care tailored to each patient's unique needs through specialized, hands-on training available for new graduates or experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available with premium pay including weekday overnight bonuses. Current and active LPN or RN license required, with pediatric experience preferred.
