Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while providing one-on-one attention that leaves crowded units behind. Assist with daily routines and celebrate milestones to help families thrive in familiar environments. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay for weekend days and overnights. Hands-on training is provided for new graduates to develop clinical confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
- Passion for patient-centered care
