Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while offering one-on-one attention that prioritizes relationships over unit crowding. Deliver personalized support to help clients remain surrounded by familiar routines and loved ones. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available with premium pay for weekend days and overnight hours. New graduates receive hands-on training to develop clinical confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
- Passion for patient-centered care
