Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while helping them remain surrounded by familiar routines and loved ones. Focus on one-on-one care to leave behind crowded units and competing priorities. Receive specialized, hands-on training to develop confidence and clinical expertise tailored to each patient's unique needs. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shift options are available with premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights. Current and active LPN or RN license is required; pediatric experience is preferred.
