Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while helping children remain surrounded by their routines and loved ones. Focus on one-on-one care to leave behind crowded units and competing priorities. Gain confidence and clinical expertise through specialized, hands-on training designed for new graduates or experienced nurses. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shift options are available with premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights. Current and active LPN or RN license required; pediatric experience preferred.
