Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while offering one-on-one attention that replaces crowded unit environments. Deliver personalized support to help families thrive by keeping patients surrounded by familiar routines and loved ones. We offer specialized, hands-on training for new graduates or experienced nurses to develop clinical expertise. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shift options are available, including premium pay for weekend days and overnight hours. Annual stay bonuses are available for Full-Time and Part-Time nurses. Current and active LPN or RN licensure is required, with pediatric experience preferred.
