Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families to support their care journey and celebrate milestones. Focus on one-on-one attention, leaving crowded units behind to offer personalized, purpose-driven care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights. We offer hands-on training for new graduates or experienced nurses to develop clinical expertise. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
- Passion for patient-centered care
