Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes, focusing on one-on-one attention to leave crowded units behind. Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and families while helping children remain surrounded by loved ones and familiar routines. Deliver compassionate, purpose-driven care tailored to each patient's unique needs through specialized, hands-on training available for new graduates or experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available with premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN or RN license
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
- Passion for patient-centered care
